Currently it’s the Christmas Open House Season in Brighton and Hove.
If you’re not familiar with the phenomena then basically its a couple of weekends in the year when home owners become art curators, filling up their houses with different artists work and opening the door to the general public. The breadth and quality of the work on show is amazing, and some of the houses are works of art in themselves!
It’s a lovely way to spend a day, wandering round the city looking at beautiful things, drinking the odd mulled wine, indulging in a tasty mince pie and meeting some lovely people along the way. It’s also a great opportunity to find some unique Christmas presents for your loved ones.
